Ottawa is the capital City of Canada; it is the Federation of ten provinces (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan) and three territories (Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut). Climate is subarctic in south and arctic in north. They have two official languages as French and English.
